Zzz…!!! I have to make this real quick. We are having a really bad thunder storm and heavy precipitation, and the gigantic thunders just flashed a blackout of my place. This is really bad, because I'm currently still slow cooking soup on the stove. I hope there won't be another blackout, but the weather is still looking very bad. Blackout is very bad for appliances, so I'll shut most of them down after finishing this up.
Yeah, I am cooking beef soup! I bought a huge piece of beef shank today, and I am cooking it as a whole, so it's taking quite a long time for it to be cooked till tender. Now I think I should've cut it into smaller pieces before putting it in. But yeah, hope the electricity stays so my stove can keep working.
Okay okay, time to shut this thing done, as well as turning off the lights. I could just take this time to relax in the bed, with the windows open to catch some fresh breeze of this epic storm (if the rain doesn't flow into my room, that is).
