Stumbleupon Comes to the iPad, Now Universal App

StumbleUpon announced an update to its iPhone app today, bringing the web discovery app to the iPad. With the updated StumbleUpon iPad App, users can discover and share articles, videos, photos and more across a ton of categories. The app has many new features, including a visually rich interface, easy-to-use swipe navigation and a simplified way to share favorites with friends.

"With the StumbleUpon iPad App you can discover great content and share it with your friends wherever you are," said Garrett Camp, StumbleUpon CEO and co-founder. The StumbleUpon web site has more than 15 million users, delivering 1 billion personalized recommendations per month. StumbleUpon was founded in 2001, owned by eBay from 2007 to 2009, when it was bought back by the original founders.
