The Stickman Skater sequel has Stickson riding a BMX bike across tons of fun levels – but don’t worry he has a skateboard hidden around somewhere…if you’re willing to pay.

Stickman BMX is the sequel to hit Stickman Skater. Stickson is back, but he's traded his skateboard in for a BMX bike. He has to pedal fast and perform some hardcore tricks to survive a variety of environments including a forest, Miami, an oil refinery and even hell.

The game offers 60 levels each replete with obstacles  to be avoided by using one of many real BMX tricks. There are also hidden paths and routes to be uncovered giving the game a some replay value.

There are in-app purchases available to extend the replay and gameplay value. For a small fee a game called "Race the Ace" can be unlocked. Here players race against an AI opponent in 30 additional levels. Also with IAP gamers can unlock the option to go through all the levels on a skateboard classic Stickson style. And, if getting stuck is an problem there's also the option of unlocking all the levels with a third purchase.

Stickman BMX is Game Center enabled for leaderboards and achievements, and the physics have been much improved from the original title. The controls consist of two buttons, on for peddling one for jumping. They work, but it seems like auto-pedaling, like auto-accelration in racing games, would be at least an option.

This is not a deep game, but it's polished. Traction took a tested title and improved the graphics and gameplay.

The tricks are a bit tricky to pull off, but the game is more about completing the levels than pulling crazy stunts, anyway.

Stickman BMX has some real biking fun and maintain the key ingredients that made the original a success: addictive gameplay, clean graphics and lots of game. It may be a typical pick-up-and-play game, but one that's kinda hard to put down.
